We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our corporate office that has a desire to work for an organization that prides itself on providing the highest quality of care for our residents and patient with compassion and integrity!


  • Manage multiple phone lines and direct calls as required
  • Greet, announce and direct guests while maintaining confidentiality as needed
  • Maintain office supply inventory for corporate office, logging invoices when received
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain accurate list of telephone numbers of emergency contact and reference numbers for key personnel
  • Maintain supplies for postage meter copy machines and FedEx
  • Respond to center requests for temporary name badges
  • Process/distribute company recognition cards for corporate, regional staff, and center employees
  • Update and maintain center listing on a monthly basis
  • Performs special projects as required including: Word/Excel/PowerPoint documents, and creating labels
  • Schedule meetings, register for conferences, and make travel arrangements
  • Organize and prepare catering/lunches as needed


  • High school diploma or equivalent require; college preferred
  • Experience answering/directing multiple phone lines
  • 1 year administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, organized and able prioritize
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Maintain a professional appearance
