This position assists the Director of Food Services in developing consistency in all dietary departments through orientation, training and follow up so that quality nutritional and food services are provided and budgeted objectives are achieved. This would include delivering training programs to assure implementation of best practice standards, nutritional documentation standards, food services practices, generate recommendations, and action plans for consistent delivery of food and nutrition services.
