    Diversicare operates 76 centers in ten states primarily in the Midwest, Southeast and Southwest. As direct caregivers, you will play an instrumental role in taking exceptional care of our patients and residents, our most important responsibility. We are seeking compassionate caregivers to assist our patients and residents with activities of daily living.     • Verify approval on all invoices and check request
    • Coding invoices
    • Update and maintain vendor database
    • Able to process and enter 200-300 invoices per week
    • Audits and verifies expenses reports
    • Reconciles vendor statements And Petty Cash Reconciliations
    • Ability to process and follow-up on rush items
    • Special projects as assigned
    • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
    • Assist with weekly check run process


    • Ability prioritize and to multi-task in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
    • Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
    • Able to meet deadlines
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
    • Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
