We are looking for someone who is able to quickly build relationships and influence leaders to create a warm and welcoming environment for our team members. The human resource coordinator is a key member of our leadership team and facilitates all human resources processes at the assigned center. The human resource coordinator makes sure that certain plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed. This role administers team member health and welfare plans and acts as liaison between the team members and loss prevention. This role is also responsible for payroll, record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.

Experience with HRIS platform required, UltiPro preferred
