Responsibilities

As our Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a vital role in our nursing department's management. You will assist in interviewing applicants, scheduling, and participate in orientation and in-service education training. You will also participate in performance reviews, enforce personnel policies, and ensure compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel. You will be responsible for assisting with care planning, Continuous Quality Improvement, and ensuring proper infection control techniques are utilized.

Qualifications

We are looking for an RN with a current license by State Board of Nursing and at least three years of nursing experience and one year of supervisory experience. You must have excellent organizational and planning skills, the ability to coordinate with other departments, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
LTC/SNF experience is strongly preferred
