We're looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to help us amplify our message and connect with our communities across nearly 50 skilled nursing and long-term care centers. This position is hybrid. 

Responsibilities

 

  • Create and schedule content across multiple social media platforms (Graphics, captions, videos, etc.)
  • Manage and update company social media accounts
  • Manage, monitor, and engage with messages, comments, reviews and mentions across social media platforms to foster community interaction and engagement
  • Maintain and optimize company profiles on Google Business, review platforms, and other online directories
  • Liaise with Communications, Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Maintain a strong, consistent online company voice through social media
  • In collaboration with the Communications team, maintain content calendar to ensure timely and relevant social media posts
  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Update/Manage web presence
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. websites, blogs, press releases, etc.)
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a digital/social media specialist
  • Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software
  • Experience with visual communication principles
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems
  • Experience with Wordpress and Webflow
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BS degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
