Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Diversicare, you'll be instrumental in shaping our teams by:

  • Owning the Candidate Journey: From initial job posting in our applicant tracking system (ATS) to seamless onboarding, you'll assist in managing every aspect of the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and efficient process.
  • Facilitating Onboarding Excellence: You'll be the go-to for pre-hire paperwork, references, drug screens and background checks, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
  • Driving Recruitment Strategies: You'll support our centralized recruiting team through cold calling for leads, social media networking, and resume mining in databases. You'll assist centers with direct care recruitment, including sourcing, targeted text/email campaigns, and developing effective strategies. You'll also be a key resource for iCIMS support.
  • Our Brand Ambassador: You'll passionately share the Diversicare story – our mission, our values, our incredible opportunities – attracting individuals who genuinely want to be part of something meaningful.
  • Analyzing and Reporting: You'll transform data into action, meticulously tracking activities and generating reports that inform our talent strategy and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Team:

  • ATS Expertise: Demonstrated experience using an applicant tracking system is required (experience with iCIMS is a plus!).
  • Proven Experience: A Bachelor's degree and/or one to three years of high-volume recruiting and onboarding experience in a healthcare recruiting support role.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with candidates and internal teams.
