Responsibilities

As a Regional Vice President you will:

  • Ensure that quality care and services are provided to all we serve, with the patient and resident at the heart of every decision made.
  • Oversee financial management for the region, driving financial success through effective budgeting, expense control, revenue optimization, and resource allocation.
  • Direct an effective Workforce Management Program.
  • Lead the strategic planning process, effectively communicating the vision and strategy to the region and centers, while actively participating in business development meetings to facilitate collaborative partnerships.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college in healthcare administration or a related health care field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in multi-site management, demonstrating exceptional team performance management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of proven performance in leading a region to achieve financial success.
  • Nursing Home Administrator License preferred
