Diversicare of Oak Ridge would like to invite you to join us for a Hiring Event and Job Fair from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST on Thursday, December 4th, 2025.

 

We will be conducting on-site & virtual interviews and hiring on the same day.

 

 

We will be hiring for these positions for both Day and Night Shifts:

          RN

          LVN

          CNA

           

 

Please bring the following items with you:

        

1. Resume (If you are unable to bring a resume you can complete an application onsite to summarize your work history and qualifications.)  

2. Driver’s License or State ID

3. Social Security Card (If you do not currently have a social security card, we will help you order a new one online.)

4. Direct Deposit Information (Pay cards are available for those that do not want to sign up for direct deposit.)

Responsibilities

1. Assure the safety of each resident when transporting to and from the doctor’s office and/or hospital.
2. Accompany each resident on all medical visits. Stay with resident(s) until visit is complete.
3. Observe the following guidelines at each visit:
     a. Sign in resident upon entrance.
     b. Present resident’s documents to office personnel.
4. Before leaving doctor’s office, please observe the following:
     a. Obtain resident’s documents.
     b. Obtain any new prescriptions.
     c. Check to make sure doctor has written on the doctor’s order form.
     d. If follow-up appointment necessary, obtain appointment cards.
5. After returning to facility, report to RCM and be prepared to answer questions concerning visit.
6. Performs other duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

  1.  Physically able to help ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents transfer to and from wheelchair to vehicle.
  2. Possess a valid state driver’s license.
  3. Qualified as a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.).
  4. Clean driving record.
  5. Clean criminal record.
  6. Any other state required certifications
