*Experience required for this special need for a Director of Clinical Rehab- RN. This is a 62 bed Rehab Unit at The Healthcare Center at Buck Creek in Alabaster.
Our Unit Managers have the opportunity to advance their clinical leadership skills through our Clinical Career Ladder, including growth into, but not limited to, Clinical Educator, RNAC, and Assistant Director of Nursing roles.
We also offer tuition reimbursement for continuing education and professional development, as well as opportunities for cross-training and job shadowing to expand your skillset.
